At Herrnstein Law, we understand that hiring an attorney is often an unwanted expense for our clients. As such, we provide our client's with a free 30-minute consultation during which we discuss the legal issues you are facing, and what steps we would take, prior to you making any financial commitment.
From the very first meeting, we provide our clients with a thorough analysis of their potential legal issues and take the time to tailor a legal strategy based on their specific needs and desires. Additionally, we make sure to keep our clients in the loop throughout the entire process, so they are comfortable every step of the way.

Attorney John M. Herrnstein has been a practicing attorney for over thirty- five (35) years. He began his career at Hoover, Heydorn & Herrnstein, Co. LPA – a Cuyahoga Falls Law Firm – in1984. Attorney John M. Herrnstein was a partner there for over 35 years until leaving in 2019. In 2019, John founded Herrnstein Law, LLC, where he practices with his son, a fellow attorney, Chad Hoover Herrnstein. Herrnstein Law practices primarily in Summit County, Stark County, Portage County, and Medina County. However, we have frequently represented clients in numerous other counties throughout Ohio.
